Timco Quality Builders Ltd. is a locally owned and operated construction and renovations company based in Caroline, Alberta. Timco was established in 1998 by Tim Rowley, who previously had many years of experience in commercial construction, farm structure building, and real estate sales. Timco quickly gained a reputation for quality workmanship, great-value services, and satisfied customers. For more than 25 years, Timco has served the Clearwater and western Red Deer County areas, successfully completing hundreds of projects ranging in size and complexity from simple appliance installation to complete home construction, and everything in between. We continue to provide building construction, renovations, and repair services in Caroline and the surrounding areas.
